The presentation, “Hot Knives Through Butter: Bypassing Automated Analysis Systems” will discuss advanced anti-analysis techniques used by APTs and advanced malware to stay under the radar of file-based sandboxes.

The talk will present the ability of some of the commonly used file-based sandboxes to stand against these evasion tactics. The presentation will also contain a live demonstration of some of the anti-analysis techniques that have emerged recently.
